B&B Incorporated: The perfect corporate retreat
A great corporate retreat has the power to transform your organization’s product and processes and can be a powerful tool for your bottom line. The value of corporate retreats is that they remove the team from outside distractions and allow them time to focus. They can also help solidify a team and enhance its effectiveness by giving members time to get to know each other and do long range or strategic planning for the organization. A regular, dedicated time spent at a corporate retreat off-site should be considered essential.
While designing sessions and choosing a facilitator is key to a successful retreat, the location can be equally as important. Choosing a destination that offers a variety of distraction-free and stress-free options is critical.

At the Meadows Inn, having corporate retreats and/or small groups meeting has been part of the marketing plan since the Inn was renamed in 2000.
