A Tony-Award winning musical by John Kander and Fred Ebb. Based on the play by John Van Druten and Stories by Christopher Isherwood. Book by Joe Masteroff. "Cabaret" is set in Berlin as the 1920's are coming to a close. The master of ceremonies welcomes the audience to the Kit Kat Club and assures them that whatever their troubles, they will forget them at the Cabaret. As the Nazis begin their rise to power, American writer, Clifford Bradshaw visits Berlin making friends with Sally Bowles, an English singer. A musical from a tumultuous and heartbreaking era.
