With his silky voice and rocking acoustic and resonator slide guitar, Brooks is one of the most commanding performers on the Roots and Blues scene. Originally from Georgia, he has 17 recordings and 25 years of touring behind him, leaving a trail of enthusiastic fans in his wake. Straddling the roots music boundaries of folk, blues and Americana, his mastery of guitar has drawn acclaim from Rolling Stone Magazine among others. With Brooks now living in Cambridge, England, we are indeed fortunate to have him in eastern NC For a return performance!
