It has been said that if Mark Twain was a folksinger, his name could be Chuck Brodsky! This down-to-earth musical storyteller knows that the best stories are in the little things. As a writer, his great gift is to impart these stories with lyrical humor and groove-oriented finger-picked guitar. His songwriting inspirations come from such places as the evening news, his own family heritage, and stories gathered on the road. Brodsky’s political commentary is as sharp and on target as the songs that awoke a generation forty years ago. Chuck’s touring has taken him to Canada and Ireland, as well as across the US, and now he’s back in eastern North Carolina to weave his musical spell once again.
